I've also used this as a thickener for making gluten free gravy. If you have a celiak you're cooking for, or in this case baking for, this is an excellent product and got a great deal on it here on �鶹�� Prime day. Makes great muffins, cookies, pizza crust and cakes. Perhaps its the recipe as well, but haven't had a dry, chalky, gritty result from this yet. Will easily buy again until I find something better, but won't be looking as long as the results keep tasting so good.

If you are new to gluten-free; hang in there, it gets easier!
And if you want to try baking your favourite things with gluten-free flour this is the one.
It is by far the easiest and best to use in a regular one-to-one substitute.
Hubby has been celiac now for 15+ years. It was hard at first to find things he can eat or that I could make.
Most of my regular cookie and baked goods items come out very nearly the same as my regular items.
The only thing I recommend is to add a little Xanthan Gum to the mix, and an extra egg to egg-recipes.
It's easy and the taste is pretty darn close.

A little extra vanilla here or there... and voila, your back in business.
And more often than not �鶹�� has it for a much cheaper price than the grocery stores.
