And the unit doesn’t run constantly even during the hot 90-95 NC summer weather. Our downstairs is about 600-650 square feet. And surprisingly this 12kbtu unit that’s only rated at cooling 550aq ft. Keeps our downstairs colder than our central ac in its prime did. Right now the energy bill has been cheaper with it than central ac as well. Who would have thought.
