5 Functions

T-Gauge - Draw a line with exact measurement upto 6"

Straight Hem Gauge - Fold your fabric and set the gauge to the length you want, pin it and go along

Seam Allowance - The width of the gauge measure 5/8", 1/4", 1/8" , which is standard width of seam allowance

Buttonhole Spacer - Hold the cursor distance and you can measure buttonhole easily

Circle Compass - Hold the circle in one end and put your pen on the hole of the slider, the measured distance is the radius of the circle.

I couldn't move the slider when I first opened it and then my fingers caught it the right way. It is very easy to use and similar to the hem gauge I have. I use it constantly to check my 1/4 inch seams and now I can check them with BIGTEDDY also. I can round corners with BIGTEDDY, draw circles, straight lines, measure distance if it is 6 inches or less. I am just learning to sew and have taken up quilting. I will be able to use this if I get good enough to design my own quilt blocks. Right now I am enjoying making other peoples ideas and this ruler/gauge will be a great help.
