    Difficile comprendere "perché" M.e Dupond Moretti - noto penalista francese - scriva e pensi certe cose, a meno che non le si viva sulla propria pelle praticandole nella quotidianità, peraltro non necessariamente in Francia; molto di ciò che si legge in questo libro accade tutti i giorni anche nelle aule giudiziarie italiane, senza peraltro necessità di trovarsi al cospetto di un'imponente Corte d'Assise, ma semplicemente innanzi al Tribunale in composizione monocratica.
    Al contrario di altri testi - magari più impegnati - credo che sia l'immanente concretezza dei contenuti del libro a renderlo poco digeribile a coloro che non abbiano a che fare sovente con la giustizia (soprattutto perché offre talvolta un ritratto di umanità che non dà particolare pregio a coloro che si rivolgono all'avvocato, ma d'altronde l'autore, da bravo francese, non osserva l'antico canone, tutto italiano, secondo cui "il cliente ha sempre ragione").
    Tuttavia, superato questo scoglio, è un libro che apre ad una considerazione che farebbe ammutolire tutti i benpensanti bellimbusti da dibattito televisivo, così in voga oggigiorno.
    Guardate al di là delle Alpi, o Voi che blaterate, e scoprirete che la giustizia italiana non è la più lenta o la meno efficiente. E' semplicemente come noi italiani: si indigna per ogni cosa, ma non si stupisce di nulla.

    Bien sur, je connaissais Maitre Dupont Moretti comme tout un chacun, lors d'interviews sur le petit écran; ce livre m'a permis d'en apprendre un peu plus; je le trouve très sympathique, c'est un personnage qui n'est pas dépourvu d'humour et certainement très humaniste; son soucis semble avant tout de rendre une vraie justice pour le pauvre comme pour le riche; ce livre se lit très facilement, il est plein d'humour, d'anecdotes voire d'enseignement; je le recommande, j'ai passé un bon moment.
