My husband order me this “Thank’s For Being Awesome!”Mug. I have to say, it’s not something I’d order for myself. He knows I’ve always been jealous of his name brand tumbler, which he loves. They pretty much look the same, so why not see if it works as well.

I’ve been using this mug everyday, and all day for 3 weeks. I never put it in the dishwasher. Ever since my husband put his tumbler in the dishwasher, the inside tarnished; even though it says “dishwasher safe”. So clearly, I won't be doing that with mine. I love the colour and the clean engraving on my “Awesome” tumbler. The only thing I don’t like is…the product description says it’s for men. No, no, no, my friends. This is ALSO for awesome WOMEN too! 😉

☕️ HOT BEVERAGES:
Usually I drink my coffee within 5/10 minutes. I don’t typically let it sit for an hour unless I’m distracted by something, and guess what? That is exactly what happened a few days ago as I was enjoying my afternoon coffee. I was happy to notice that my coffee was still hot after 1.5 hours - YAY! I’m sure it would’ve stayed hot longer, but who would be drinking their coffee longer than that? I’m quite pleased with the results.

🥶 COLD BEVERAGES:
I always keep a cup of ice water on my nightstand at bedtime because I often wake up thirsty in the middle of the night. With this cup, my ice was still well in tact in the morning (10+ hours later). Pretty impressive! Yet, if you leave the straw in the lid opening, the ice will melt, but the water will still be cold. Needless to say, this is now my favourite cup to take to bed with me.

👯‍♀️ HOW DOES IT COMPARE:
This tumbler gives the Sasquatch brand ( you know the one 😉) a good run for its money. They are very similar in shape and size. The other brand is slightly thicker and heavier. It likely keeps things cooler/hotter longer; but who is going to be drinking their coffee for 12+ hours? The lid belonging to the “Sasquatch” brand, has thicker plastic material. However, both lids are interchangeable. My husband and I LOVE the lid on my “Awesome” tumbler more than the name brand tumbler. There is a convenient hole for my re-useable metal straw; which I can also close to keep things hot or prevent leaks. It is important to note that both tumblers leak a tiny amount when turned upside down. Nobody would be doing this unless they accidentally knock it over. If this were to happen, the tumblers would successfully prevent most of your liquid from spilling everywhere. Although the lid fits snuggly onto the top, I would advise against throwing this tumbler in a lunch bag or purse.

This tumbler fits in my vehicle cup holders which is very important for me and most people who like to travel. The mug comes with 2 reusable straws; one of which came with a small dent. It also came with an extra lid! For the price of $26, I say this is a pretty fair market value, and does exactly what I’d expect. I call this mug my “Awesome Mug”. Not only does it say that I’m awesome, but it works pretty awesome too. This tumbler would make a great gift for those awesome people in your life (INCLUDING THOSE AWESOME WOMEN)! 🤪
