I'm kind of a wet blanket to play card games with sometimes due to my hating to shuffle or deal, and forcing others to take my turn for me. This has stemmed from my wife judging the quality of my shuffling - well, judge NO MORE!
We tested this product during a game of Uno, and it worked almost perfectly. We split the deck in half, and to test the quality of shuffle I sent half in face down and half face up - there were only 4 spots in the deck where there were 2 face down it 2 face up in a row. Impressive!
I haven't tested cards of other sizes, but did run a standard deck of playing cards through a few times for dry runs and had everything work great.
Product generally seems well made, though the fins could be vulnerable around children of course. A test charge seemed just fine, there is a small red light that turns on when connected, though it is internal and not obvious that it's there until the shuffler is plugged in - this could be better.
Very easy to use - my children are 5 and can use this by themselves just fine. They also think it's super fun to see the cards disappear, and be formed back up underneath through the plastic window.
We'll see how the battery life lasts, though to be honest I don't see that as a major concern as I don't expect to ever play enough card games in one single night to run it dry.
Very satisfied that this will take this burden off my back, and for those that play with me!
