what can I say, I don't need to mess with trying to get the cuff on one arm with one hand and have it slide down. This is easy to use, easy to put on and when I brought it to my cardiologist office, he kinda scoffed at it saying these new things are usually inaccurate. So we did 2 readings with his machine, him doing it. Then we did a reading with this. the readings were the same. I was happy. Cardiologist was surprised! I love the ease of it, and no air hoses to get tangled up in... no cuf to struggle with. No arm pinching. Strap it on your wrist and hit the start button. Bingo Bango, easy peasey.
