I've had these for over 3 months, and I love them. I used them out the box without charging them, and they are still going months later. I just put them on the charger for the first time today, only because I was refilling them (for about the third time for pepper, second for salt) and figured it was time.
Previously had traditional salt and pepper mills, but I have carpal tunnel and chronic joint paint so had to also have regular ground pepper and salt for shakers, as well as purchasing separate ground pepper and salt, for when I couldn't use the mills. This solves that problem and they work so much better, are so much easier. I'm finding I appreciate freshly cracked pepper much more than I used to now that it's not painful. 😅 The battery life is obviously pretty great so far.
I think the capacity is good, it's enough that I'm not refilling all the time but small enough that I can fill it and the peppercorns still stay pretty fresh all the way through. It's also still quite lightweight, even when full.
These are well worth the money and I can see myself giving these as gifts.
I do wish the top cap would have a latch, for my own peace of mind, but I haven't had any issues with it opening when it shouldn't so I wouldn't say it's a fault.
