The Audio Pro C20 is a wireless, Bluetooth-enabled bookshelf speaker, designed and manufactured by Audio Pro USA Inc. This speaker, which can be mounted on a tabletop, features a built-in amplifier, making it compatible with a wide range of devices including home theaters, smartphones, and gaming consoles. With a 6.5 inch audio driver and a 1 inch tweeter, the C20 delivers high-quality, stereo sound. The speaker's fabric front, which can be easily removed, is fixed by magnets and can be customized to your preferred design. The C20 is not water-resistant, and it measures 19 cm in depth, 9.4 inches in height and weighs 3.3 pounds. Initially gave a glowing review. There were frequent hiccups I was able to troubleshoot myself. But it became a major frustration, almost daily.

Then, after about 4 months, the app stopped recognizing the speaker literally overnight. I can no longer use this speaker I saved up 550 bucks for, thinking it would last years. I am trying to make some sort of support ticket with the company and will be filing a bank dispute if they do not replace/refund/fix.

*�鶹�� will likely remove this comment, but Vine recipients of free products are indeed fake reviews. Even if they are real people, they are not real consumers with honest feedback. Ignore those lies concerning 5 stars across the board.

**updated to add there seems to be no actual customer support for USA customers. The link from their app goes to a dead error page. Their support website for USA customers is greyed out with no way to create a ticket. Filed a dispute.

***after filing a dispute through bank's fraud department, I was sent "phishing" emails supposedly sent from the company that makes the failed speaker...but did not contain letterhead, professional etiquette, nor any official company support links. My bank representative told me to delete and not to respond while they continue their investigation.

This speaker has amazing sound! Although it is almost 20 lbs, it does not take up much space. The appearance is minimalistic, clean and modern. The quality is superb. The sound reminds me of stereo systems back in the day that filled your whole house with good music.
The unit is do easy to install. It connects via wifi or Bluetooth. You just need to install the app. The speaker works with Samsung and Apple devices. You can also connect it to your TV, turn table and more.
My only very minor critique is that it doesn't have remote but everything is controlled by your phone or device so that is ok.

I am very impressed with the quality and sound of this speaker. There were no English instructions that came in the box they were both in a foreign language but a quick Google search found me the English instructions no problem. Audio pros website is very easy to navigate and has everything you'd need to help setup the speaker. So far I've only connected via the wifi which was fairly easy to do, the app is very simple and easy to navigate. I like the look of the speaker because while it is large it's very sleek and minimal in its design. The sound is crisp and clean and you can adjust the bass and treble as desired. There are a lot of features I haven't played around with but just the basic function of the speaker has me impressed. I don't know much about audio quality and playback as far as what is considered to be a good price but I do think that this is worth the asking price
