    I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this tinned ratatouille. It's chock full of my favourite veggies and nicely spiced. I do like to add some dried texturized vegetable protein crumbles to it, to boost the protein content and make it a heartier meal. I simply add a bit of water to it before adding the crumbles. Then I let it sit for a bit to absorb some liquid before heat it. So quick and easy when heated on the microwave. Makes for a quick, easy and flavourful meal. Will definitely be buying again.

    Great product. Not sure how much it is like home cooked Ratatouille (as I've never had it) but it got a great flavour for a canned product. Which is also my only complaint with it. The second time I ordered this the can arrived so dented and banged up that I wasn't sure if it was even edible.

    I had been curious to try this product and finally took the plunge. Happy I did! It’s very tasty for a tinned product. The vegetables taste fresh and there’s none of that acidic “tinny” taste you often get from canned food.

    I ate it warm with some baguette and chili pepper and it made for a lovely meal. I could also see it being served with meatballs, or as a base for a larger recipe like pasta sauce or lasagna. Definitely will repurchase!
