4 Interchangeable Stainless Steel Drum Blades

This attachment set includes four high-quality stainless steel drum blades, each designed for specific slicing and shredding tasks

  • 0.27-inch Slicing Blade: Ideal for slicing ingredients like cucumbers, zucchinis, radishes, mushrooms, and more.
  • 0.25-inch Coarse Shredding Blade: Perfect for shredding ingredients such as onions, potatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, and more.

Note:

1, For a better performance: highly recommend using Speed Setting 6 or 8 and push the food slowly and not too hard.

2, Sticking the cheese in the freezer for about 10 minutes when grating softer cheese before shredding.

1, For setup, simply unscrew the lock/cover on the stand mixer, slide in the main housing of the slicer/shredder and screw the lock back in to tighten it. From there, slide in the desired blade - the unit comes with 4 interchangeable blades, *slicing, *coarse, *fine, *grinding - and screw on the plastic ring to secure the blade.

2, Housing is recommended to clean by hand, 4 drum blades can be washed safe in the dishwasher

3, If the carrot stains the white housing, wipe it with cooking oil. After wiping clean, rinse with water.

4, The included cleaning brush can help you clean the attachment accessories well.

5, Only the blades are "top rack" dishwasher safe and the rest is not.
