  1. Turn the speed control to “0”. Unplug the stand mixer.
  2. Tilt the motor head back.
  3. Place a coin in the bowl.
  4. Turn the mixer height adjustment screw slightly counterclockwise (left) to raise the wire whip or clockwise (right) to lower the wire whip.
  5. Make adjustments so that the Wire Whip reaches the surface of the coin and the coin moves as the wire whip rotates.

  • NOTE: If the screws are over-adjusted, the motor head may not lock when lowered.
