If you're into photography or a video maker, The Shinobi II is a great monitor that will help you compose your video or next photo shoot......Updated firmware has made the Atomos fully functional for the Nikon Z8 and 6III.

The Monitor screen is bright and large but the size3 and weight of the monitor are not too large to sit on board on your DSLR/Mirrorless camera.

The touch to focus doesn’t work on my Sony A7 IV. All the other features do. But it also can be finnicky with whether you put which cable in first. Doesn’t always read properly first time. Returning.

Love the quality of the display! Touch to focus works awesome with their latest firmware. It does get hot tho so drop your brightness accordingly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Très bon écran mais…

Item unused but comes with no HDMI to connect to the camera. Upon closer inspection there is no option to mount it portrait and a deep dive into YouTube shows its only compatible with Sony a7s3 as a display monitor only so the touch screen is useless. Company tried to keep 20% plus postage despite terms saying 10% if used which it was not. 鶹 had to overrule the company. Bad experience.

3.0 out of 5 stars Trzeszczący plastik obudowy
Reviewed in Poland on July 9, 2025

5.0 out of 5 stars Viel mehr als nur ein Monitor – ein echtes Upgrade für jede Kamera
Reviewed in Germany on July 3, 2025
    Verified Purchase

    🌞 Heller, klarer, besser sichtbar
