    It's a great sound bar the only thing I didn't like about it is that it was hard to keep in place unless you fasten it to the bottom of the TV or to something so it doesn't fall off the shelf because it is top heavy otherwise it is a wonderful sound bar you can put it on the floor if you'd like it really works well.

    First of all my name is Nikki Wakeford not Nicky Wakesord (which is the name on my most recent email even though I spelled it out three times on the phone). I ordered a baby monitor a year ago and bought the insurance. Recently, it won't rotate (its supposed to move up and down and side to side to scan baby's room). After calling the help line twice and going through trouble shooting with someone who didn't even know what the features of my baby monitor were (she kept advising things that weren't even on my monitor) I was told they were going to send a technician to look at it. The next day I got an email to send my monitor back for a refund. If this was the solution the girl I was speaking to offered I would have explained to her that we are sleep training my son and need our monitor so sending it back isn't an option right now. Even though it doesn't turn at least we have a monitor in his room. Needless to say this service is pretty useless to me if I have to waste this much of my time and still can't resolve an issue. I bought the protection because I am a working mom with two young kids and wanted to make sure I was covered if something went wrong with my monitor. So far I've wasted over an hour of my time on the phone and still don't have a useful solution.
