How to Open Artilife Salt and Sugar Glass Rimmer?

It is locked by a buckle when you closed completely,pls LOWER slightly and SLIDE to open.
After using more. It loosened up.All section can be fully open
If the sugar section doesn't fully open properly to use all sections,pls keep all section swings out,or after using more,it will loosen up,the sugar section opens wide enough to fit glass in
After some use, it swivels out with ease.
USE MATTERS:
- Do not wash it in dishwasher
- Be careful cleaning the foam,it tears quite easily.
- Pls dry the sponge foam out fast when you wash it,or it will be moldy.
- Be careful Not to close all the way after putting in ingredients.
