These makers are really great for working with pencil crayons. This is the first set I’ve ever bought for this purpose and I was impressed with how easily they blended with the pencil crayons.

I found a few of them to be a bit leaky though so the ink tended to get my fingers messy. Leak also caused me to have to go over the page I’m working on a few times to get the intensity I wanted. A customer service representative reached out to me and I expressed my concern. They were very responsive and courteous and offered to send me a new set. The new set still had the leaky issue so I’m not sure if that’s just how they are.

I liked that there are so many different colours to choose from in the set so no matter what pencil crayon colour I used. I had a matching marker. The dual tip was great as well because if I’m working on a piece that requires details I can use the fine tip and if I don’t need as much detail I can use the brush tip.
