The Aquascape LED Fountain Accent Light gives you a beautiful ring of light at the top of a wide variety of drative fountains and water features, completely transforming the way your fountain looks at night. The fixture features a powerful 2.5-watt LED light output equivalent to a 10-watt halogen light. The LED Fountain Accent Light is easily installed into a fountain using its barbed hose tail and quick-connect fitting, and the fixture allows water to pass through the center of the light making for a stunning display. This energy-efficient, compact light has a durable design, providing years of trouble-free enjoyment, and its 3000 Kelvin temperature provides natural-looking white light. Aquascape LED Fountain Accent Lights are completely sealed from water damage and come with a limited five-year full replacement warranty.     Bought one for a small fountain by our front door. The LEDs started failing after a couple of months. We have Aquaspaces light on our water feature in our back yard. Not very happy with them, they are quite expensive but do not stand up as advertised. Buy cheaper lights, they last just as long as these overpriced substandard units

    I purchased 2 of these lights to replace 2 existing lights which had lasted almost 8 years in our water feature. The new Aquascape 84008 LED lights haven't lasted even 2 months and already half the LED's are no longer working. These lights are complete garbage, stay away from them!

    This product is not waterproof. I went through 4 of them during the manufacture warranty period. The average amount of time the light worked before failure was about 6 months. The manufacturer replaced the burnt out light every time without a problem, but made sure I was aware that the replacement did not extend the warranty. The 3rd warranty replacement just burnt out and the warranty period is over. The light is installed in a rock slab fountain as shown in the photo. This is the 3rd replacement product and you can see the white area on it where water entered the location of the LEDs and shorted out the light.
