    We purchased this in late August 2024, and now in May 2025 the iPad shut down unexpectedly and will not turn on. We can't force a start up, connect to iTunes on a computer, or any of the standard help online.
    the seller does not provide contact info, and ignored the message we sent through 鶹. Never purchasing from them again.
