Cybertek is a respectable and honest company. They do not with tamper with computers and only make the computer look and feel like new. Since we ,the customers, are purchasing refurbished then please do not expect things to be as in a perfect world. That said, I am happy with the way my machine works even though it is. It new and has a couple blemishes outside the scope of repair which the company can offer.
