    This book gave 100 simple ways on how to get rid of stress. The techniques and strategies given by the author did not require any expensive equipment or tools, it can be done only by using the power of our minds and in our homes. I really find this book very helpful. As for my personal experience, I used to have a problem sleeping at night but that was reduced when I started using guided hypnosis to get a deep sleep and relax, though this book suggested to listen to confidence hypnosis track, it gave me the idea to search for guided hypnosis online to address my sleeping issues and it really worked for me. I also find the topic about finding our purpose very interesting. This book is inspiring and a must read for busy individuals who are looking for practical ways to reduce their stress.

    Lots of Great Info! Just reading through this book has definitely reduced my anxiety, it's crazy. There is a lot of strategies, tips and more. It will take over a month to even get through half of these, but it will definitely be worth it.Sometimes I have anxiety build up and I just didn't know how to handle it until I read this book. Some of my favorite stress free habits are, get a life coach or mentor, simplify your life, learning a new skill, and so much more. Thank you for this. 5 Stars!

    An excellent read. This is a unique approach to stress where the steps outlined take care of the problem itself whilst explaining why we need to take each step.

    This made everything very accessible to me and made me feel I can do practical things from today onwards to help with my anxiety. Also the author has other resources such as a You Tube channel which back up and build on what the book says which is also reassuring to know for the long term. Great Stuff.

    This book is downright true to its advice. It's very practical and straight to the point in every aspect in reducing stress and be anxious-free. One of the many qoutes I like is the number 31 to "Aim for progress, not for perfection", because if we always aim for perfection it usually comes with very high hopes that surely adds stress. So it's better to just make sure that we grow in whatever endeavor we desire that are within reach.
    The advice on this book can be most likely become habits to live a happy, healthy and fulfilled life!
