nothing really special, you just get more of what you need for the price that is half what you'd pay for other more well known brands. this cream comes in a more convenient to use jar/tub instead of a tube so you are able to dispense as much or as little as you actually need unlike a tube where if you squeeze to much, you can't put the excess back. and then you are able to monitor how much you actually have left, and you can use it to the last bit unlike a tube where you are inevitably leaving a bit inside. at 1% concentration, it is as effective as the other expensive brands. definitely a good deal for medications if there ever was one.
