    Hmm.. so I bought this because I have candida overgrowth on my body. Various places. It comes and goes when I eat too much sugar and carbs. This time it spread to larger areas of my body and I was scared and concerned. It bought this hoping it would help control my candida over growth.. I’m still trying it out, so I don’t have a valid opinion about this product just yet. But what I do know is that it’s not FDA approved and it recommends to take 6 capsules/ day… which is a lot!
    If you do the math, that’s only 15 days worth of product. I take maybe 2-4 capsules/day … sometimes.
    I haven’t had any side effects. But i hope it’s helping.

    Honestly.. cutting out my sugar/ carb intake has really starved my candida overgrowth and works better than anything.
    Candida like sugar so they feed off the sugar you intake. If you cut back and change your diet, it helps reduce almost immediately.
    That’s what I’ve found to be the most effective way to get rid of this infection.
    I most likely won’t repurchase to be completely honest.
