Is the wireless charger compatible with Android phones and can a phone case affect charging?

This wireless charger is designed exclusively for iPhones that support magnetic wireless charging, starting with iPhone 12 and later models. Cases over 2.5 mm thick or that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.
Is there a recommended adapter to use with the product for wireless charging?

For optimal charging, an original 40W Power Delivery adapter is included with our product. If using a third-party adapter, we recommend selecting one that supports an output of 30W or higher with the PD protocol to ensure adequate charging speed.
My watch doesn't stay stable while charging. What can I do?

To ensure stability while charging your Apple Watch, please use the included sticker. This will not affect the charging performance.
Are the phone and watch charging sections adjustable?

The charging modules for the phone and watch are fixed in position to ensure maximum efficiency and stability; they do not adjust for tilt or rotation.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?

It's normal for wireless charging to warm up slightly, especially during intensive use, such as long gaming or streaming sessions. However, it complies with international safety standards, including EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1, ensuring safe usage.

The base is solid and has some weight to it. Especially if a person has these multiple Apple gizmos, this stand provides a nicely consolidated place to store and recharge the items. I particularly appreciate the firm magnet for holding the phone in place. I haven't used the horizontal position for the phone much. Generally the phone is docked overnight, the watch is docked first thing in the morning until after my shower and the airpods are on periodically, as the case holds a charge anyway. I've had an Anker portable charger which has worked well, and when I saw that the Apple store in Calgary was selling Anker chargers I found this Magsafe version later on �鶹�� for a decent price.

In my opinion, this charger combination works and looks great. I have only had one issue where the magsafe feature had my phone attached, but in the morning when I grabbed it off the charger, it didn't actually charge my phone over night. It has only happened once and it might have been my error. Weird that the magnet held it on tight, but it just didn't have the right connection to charge it. Otherwise, love this thing.

I love the build quality - and the fast charging is so much better than the qi 1 charger I had previously. Now I can charge my watch for 10 minutes while I get ready for bed and it’s ready to to be worn and track my sleep for the rest of the night.
I also like how the power plug is included - sounds weird to say this but seems to be more and more companies skimping on this essential inclusion.

It can with stickers to help the watch stick to the pad a bit better maybe if you have a heavier band on it , but my watch with a sports bad had no troubles at all.

1. All 3 wireless charging parts have worked without fail. The iPhone 16 and 16 Pro both charge while in a case, the Airpods Pro 2 charges in the case, and the Apple Watch charges.
2. Magnets are strong for the iPhone and good for the Apple Watch. Some reviews mentioned the watch charger magnet is week, but it has held just fine and has not fell to one side or the other. The Aipods rests on a marked spot on the base.
3. There is space between the phone, the watch, and the Airpods. This matters to me as my Apple Watch has a g-shock like band that dies not lie flat. Also, my Airpods Pro 2 has a bit of a bulkier leather case. This made me skip the more compact, travel friendly cubes that made me question if everything would fit properly to charge effectively. The space on this charger ensures there is none of those issues.
4. The angle of the phone and watch also replaces my need for my old phone stand. I can see notifications easy as the phone is upright for me to see.
5. The stand is stable. Some reviews complained that the pole was wobbly in its connection to the base. The one we received is firmly in place and does not move. Perhaps this was an issue with the earlier models?
6. It has a more compact design than I imagined, yet is still very stable. It just looked like it would take more space on my desk, but it does take as much as I thought. It definitely a smaller area if you had all 3 items laying side-by-side on the desk with each having its own cord and charging separately.

Dislikes:
- Nothing after a week of use. I cannot speak to the longevity as we only had it a short time. Nothing I would change at this time.

Overall, we rate this Anker MagGo 3 in 1 Charging Stand a 5.0 out of 5.0 stars as it just works as advertised. I was skeptical at first due to a few negative reviews, which I always review before deciding on a purchase. Fortunately, none of those problems are an issue for the one we received in December 2024.
