Ingredients

Organic wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.

Directions

BASIC CAKE DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk 13/4 c. pastry flour, 1/2 c. cane sugar, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt together. Separately whisk 1 c. almond milk, 1/2 c. date paste (or sugar), 2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 c. oil and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, then blend together with dry ingredients. Grease cake pan with oil, add batter and bake 20-25 minutes until done. Cool completely before adding your favourite frosting.
