This flour makes an excellent gluten free organic bread. I use it in my bread recipe along with another type of flour. It makes a much better loaf of bread than the baked bread you buy in the store. It takes a long time to make bread because of the time to prepare, cook, cool, slice, and clean dishes, so I don't bake all the time. The flour comes sealed in a bag and inside the bag is a re-sealable cloure, but the closure doesn't work so you will have to re-seal the bag some other way after you open it.
