Warm tips about Android TV box:

a. The remote control cannot navigate on some apps: This is because these apps are mainly available for tablets and phones that have touch screen settings or a mouse. You can connect a mouse or wireless keyboard to control it.

b. 6K/HDR10+: 6K/HDR10+ both require your playback device and video source to also support 6K/HDR.

c. Some apps (like Netflix) do not work: This is due to version incompatibility. We have installed the available version in the TV box, but do not support uninstall or update. (You can try to restore factory settings after uninstall or update)

d. TV box freezes: TV box overheating may cause freezing, please put the TV box in a ventilated place.

e. Warm help:We are more than willing to provide any help, please let us know if there is anything you need.

f.Unable to download/run unknown source app: You can open permissions in settings and choose to allow running unknown source app, then download the app you need afterwards.
