These underwear are great! I got them for my mom and she wears them even during daytime outings. She finds the material soft and comfortable, not itchy or scratchy. The absorption is really good and doesn't give her diaper rash. Definitely recommend.

    While I don't wear these personally, I got them for my mother (67 years old), and they're kind of her new favourite thing! Without going into too much detail, she says that they do exactly what they say they will, and they're better than her generic brand. She's a fan!

    I ordered this package of 48 incontinence underwear in size XL. These arrived as 3 boxes of 16. Like All ALWAYS products these are very well made and fit perfectly.

    They have an absorbent core that turns to a gel, preventing any leakage and providing 100% leak protection.

    Odors are removed as well.

    These really work and are very comfortable to wear at night or during the day.

    They work perfectly.

    These rock! They are wonderful to have postpartum instead of changing a pad every few hours. I’d say at around 130lbs/60kg, they’re on the bigger side, but not so big they fall down… they will be fine for sleeping.
    I took off one star because I expected them to all be in one package, but they came in three. Additionally, there is a light perfume smell to them… it is VERY subtle, but I have an incredibly sharp nose, so that’s something to keep in mind if scents bother you (I don’t know if they all smell like this or just mine). I’ve used Always before for tampons, and never noticed a scent like that. Aside from those two comments, I’m very satisfied and would buy these in the future!

    I've been using these for awhile now. Not so much during periods as mine are fairly light but when I'm sick every sneeze or cough causes my bladder to empty. It's very frustrating so finding a product like this was a godsend. They are very comfortable and have a similar feel to underwear. I haven't worn them with regular clothes - mostly just leggings and pj pants but they are great for lounging and sleeping. I sleep better knowing that I won't be wetting the bed at 45. They are very good value and come out to about $1 each. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Got these for elderly parent who experiences some mobility issue due to a recent accident so she can wear them at nights while recovering. They serve her well - no crinkly sounds, no shifting, and no overnight changes. The waistband doesn’t dig, which is a win. They’re thicker than liners but don’t feel like diapers. Though the packaging isn’t discreet for shared trash bins, for those who need practicality without fuss, these do the job well.

    The always brand never disappoints. These incontinence underwear hold quite a bit of liquid. Great for anyone who has bladder leakage or unable to make it to bathroom during the night. These fit great and are not bulky. These came in 3 packs of 16 each.
