    Ich bin kein Bauprofi, sondern ganz normale Eigentümerin mit einem riesigen Altbau und noch größeren Fragezeichen im Kopf bis ich dieses Buch gefunden habe. Die Kapitel sind logisch aufgebaut, mit ehrlichen Einschätzungen statt leerer Versprechen. Klar, die Realität bleibt kompliziert, aber durch diesen Ratgeber fühlt sich alles machbarer an. Ich hätte mir höchstens noch ein paar Checklisten zum Heraustrennen gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Empfohlen für alle, die sanieren wollen, aber nicht wissen, wo zum Teufel sie anfangen sollen.
