Allmax consistently makes great nutritional products and I've been using their BCAA, creatine and pre-workouts for several years. For the longest time I used Animal multivitamins but the cost got excessively expensive and I made the switch to Vitaform, which provides almost the same supplements at a fraction of the cost. If you're looking for a well-rounded multivitamin as a gym-goer this is a great product at a reasonable price point.

    I decided to try these after taking Mutant's multivitamin for several months and have zero complaints.

    I've taken these for about 2 months now. Can't say I notice any noticeable or significant changes in my day-to-day life, but I trust this multi-vitamin over many others that don't provide nearly as much as this one does.

    The only thing to keep in mind is these are NOT small pills. If you're someone who has trouble swallowing pills, these are going to be an issue for you.

    Overall, I would recommend this product to other men looking to improve their health over any other multivitamin.

    I've used a variety of multivitamins before and this is the only one I feel has had a noticeable difference on my health. It has 100% or more of many of the vitamins and minerals you need daily along with other healthy ingredients. I could say generic things like I have more energy, focus and mental clarity, but its more just a feeling. I feel better after having taken them for a while. Granted, they might not work for everyone, but they work for me.

    As for negatives, the pills are quite large, and two is the recommended dose, so people who have a hard time swallowing pills might have difficulty. The taste is similar to other multivitamin pills, not good but not bad either. And besides, nobody buys a multivitamin for the taste. They're a little on the expensive side for a men's multivitamin, around 20$ for a 30 day supply vs around 15$ for a 90 day supply of a different brand, but I feel as though it is worth the money for myself at least. Lastly, while it has a lot of the vitamins and minerals you need in a day, it is a bit low on calcium and magnesium at 19% and 36% respectively. Possibly enough to prevent deficiency, but no more than that.

    Try it out for yourself, it is an excellent multivitamin supplement.

I don't notice any significant changes, i.e. no significant energy boost before, during or post workouts, no noticeable increase in libido, muscle recovery time, mental focus, none of that...at this point I really only take them because they have all the essential vitamins I feel that I need in 1 big fat pill.

    I break the pill in half by the way. I think it's impossible to swallow the entire pill, as you risk choking with just half of it, so make sure you have enough water to flush it down. I hate it when it gets stuck. Wish AllMax would consider investing a bit more in user experience design and come up with a way to make these pills easier to swallow.

    As for shipping & integrity of the product upon arrival, the package arrived a day later than the original ETA, but that wasn't too big of a deal in this case. And the product was perfectly sealed with no signs of tampering.
