The Alka-Seltzer Antacid Heartburn Relief Effervescent Tablets are quite effective. One tablet in a glass of water is often enough. It starts fizzing immediately and is dissolved within a minute. I don't mind the taste at all, and it neutralized my heartburn quickly. I really like the fact that two tablets are sealed in a foil pouch. This makes it very convenient and portable. A great and effective product.

    I found that these tablets do exactly what they say they will. It's nice to know that when I have an upset stomach I have something that will help. It would be nice if the extra strength came in the lemon and lime flavor. However it certainly is not a deal breaker because they work so well.
