Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix 1/4 cup of Savory Stuffing with 1 cup of hot water or chicken broth. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Serve as a side dish.

    This product requires you to cook and add not included vegetables and stock, if you are purchasing for the convenience of boxed stuffing this is not the product for you. If you are concerned about serving guests with allergies and wanting to avoid cross contamination this is also not the product for you. All that is included is dried bread and minimal spices.

    I liked the texture and flavor of the savory stuffing -- it tasted a little bit like sourdough to me, probably due to the tapioca flour. I simplified the process slightly by cooking the veggies in a saucepan, adding the broth and spice packet and then using the same saucepan to mix in the breadcrumbs when ready. I then transferred directly to the casserole dish for baking. I added some Trader Joe's roasted peppers and onion for extra flavor. Overall very good for GF and I'd buy it again.

    I bought this stuffing for thanksgiving and since I have a family member on gluten free diet and another on low sodium.
    I worked perfectly for my family. I added extra herbs (to avoid the use of sal) plenty of celery and onion, (The way I always prepare it) and to keep it low sodium I used (experimented) the water leftover from some sweet potatoes I boiled instead of broth. I was delicious, moist and fluffy. I definitely will keep using this product.

    It can be difficult to find tasty safe snacks when you have Celiac Disease and the more solid bread chunks of Aleia's lasts longer than the thin expensive crispy crackers.

    I wanted to have a gluten free stuffing on the table this Christmas, for my daughter who recently has had to change her diet, and I didn't want to spend all day making some myself - so I ordered this based on the reviews saying how good it tastes. And it actually does taste great! Looks dreadful when making it, as the 'bread' part is dark and orange and the seasoning packet is a lot of green bits (not quite powder, but almost), but once mixed up and allowed to set awhile it looks like just about any stove top stuffing. Everyone actually liked it.

    I do think this is way overpriced, as it's not Organic, but is dairy and soy free (which my daughter also has to avoid now).

    Arrived packaged in one of those made to fit boxes (which seem harder to open than a regular box), and are sturdier than a regular box, so the stuffing box arrived unsmashed and undamaged!!

It came with it's own seasoning packet, was no more difficult to make than the other stuff and it came out looking and smelling the same! I do think it tasted a bit better as well. I'm getting this again next year!
