    I have use insulated cookie sheets for so many years and even forgot the benefit of them. But I recently made a bread on a regular cookie sheet (with parchment paper) since I was not at home with my insulated pan. With the same, baking temperature, timing and parchment paper, the bread was very dark on the bottom and rather difficult to cut through on the bottom. Then, I remembered the benefit of the insulated pan - NO BURNING!
    Needing one in this location, I reviewed the baking sheets on 鶹 and ordered 'Good Cook AirPerfect Nonstick Cookie Sheet Baking Pan, Insulated Carbon Steel'. I have used/tested the pan several times and the bread has turned out perfect. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who bakes cookies and bread.

    Don't waste your money on this pan. Even at reduced temperature & baking time, my cookies still burned (and that's with using a baking mat under them, too). Plus, it gives off a bad chemical odor when it get hot. Not going to risk poisoning ourselves with this thing - its going in the garbage!!
