The wrench is manufactured with heavy-duty alloy steel to withstand repeated high-stress use. Heat-treated and oil-quenched for maximum strength and durability.
1/2-Inch ratchet head: Forwarding and reverse switch. Sealing Ring: Keeps lubrication in and contamination out.
Scale is roll-marked for permanence. Oil resistant and skid resistant. Prevents accidental change of torque value during use.
Excellent accuracy: +/- 3% clockwise, +/- 4% counterclockwise. "Click" sound tells the preset torque value is reached. Stop applying force when you hear and feel it.

It has extra pieces to adapt a 3/8 inch tool. I bought some good quality sockets and they fit inside. I like it. It was still cheaper thN paying someone. Plus I keep the tool.

I buyed this 1/2 torque wrench just to be sure the torque of the lug nuts on my cars is good when i switch between summer to winter setup ! But i also do smalls jobs can require a torque wrench sometimes.

I buyed it for the low price for sure and the review but it's always a guess so i borowed a Unitool torque wrench from my workplace with a recent test/calibration to test each other.

Good news ! = the torque is """ the same """ i can't be 100% sure of the % offset but both of them was really close for sure ( tested on a 5/8 Bolt with a flat washer between the nut and the bolt in a bench vise.

I did the test at 50 ft/pounds, 75ft/pounds and 100ft/pounds

The only things i don't really like is about the lenght of the tool.... it is a little bit too short for a 1/2 torque with a 150 ft/pounds capacity so just at 100 ft/pounds you have to pull hard on the handle to get the " click " so with that pulling force you can easiely slip or overtorque.

And the second thing i don't like is about the ft/pounds scale.... why the *&!¿ they put the scale with those numbers ? For sure with 5ft/pounds bump it's really easier to have the good torque without doing math's to reach the good number.

But overall looks like a good tool for small use, good presentation and i apreciate the case and the adaptor with it !

Just hope the torque spec will stay close of reality with few jobs and the tool will be tough for long time use.

But for the price the worst thing will be to weld a 1/2 drive on the head and it will be a fency breaker wrench !

This is a solidly built, quality tool which performed perfectly for me, and came with everything I need to match my socket set.
Handle may be a bit short for some but I used a piece of pvc pipe extension to smooth out my motion.
