I learned recently about this Canadian Made ghee and thought I'd give it a try. The selling point for me was that it's lactose-free. I hope this company will be around for a long time, because I won't buy any other ghee now. Not only did I not experience any lactose related issues, but I love the flavour and consistency of it. I find I can use less of it for cooking and other things, and still get excellent results and flavour. It's a game changer on popcorn. It doesn't take much to coat a huge bowl of popcorn, and the flavour is not overwhelming like some ghee's can be. It's also a big plus that it comes in a glass jar. If you want to spoil yourself, do give this ghee a try.
