    I bought these bibs not for eating but for a different purpose altogether. I recently underwent a tracheostomy which unfortunately results in a large amount of "discharge" from the trach. At first I was taping napkins to my shirt like they did at the hospital but that was very unsatisfactory so I thought these might do the trick. They’ve been washed so many times (in hot water) that yes they fade a little bit , the velcro doesn’t stick as well, and they turn a bit soft over time. But they have been used all week for years so she’s gotten a lot of use out of them . Would buy again for sure
