    I wanted to wait and write a review after I had tried the supplement for at least a month- that way it had time to get into my system and I was able to work out any kinks that it may have had (based on some of the other reviews).

    I took (initially) 1 pill a day- due to what I read on the reviews. I made sure that I first took it on the weekend, with a meal- for fear of hiding in the bathroom all day and night... that never happened. Never once did I have some horrible episode of emergency poops or anything out of the ordinary - so I would be wary of those reviews are making you question this purchase..

    Needless to say the 1 pill a day didn't really have a significant effect on me- I tried one pill a day for about 2 weeks just to give it time to get into my system. I bumped myself up to 2 pills a day and I can say I did notice some changes (for the better). I was less stressed out- my moods were better- I didn't want to strangle ever co worker that came to me with questions- I was finally just myself (and I actually started leaving work ON TIME!!).

    I won't say this is a fix it all overnight- you have to give it time to get into your body and work. Be patient- it works!!

    I am a 46 year old female caring for my mentally ill and very difficult 81 year old mom.

    I used to be a yogi, meditator, daily juicer... etc.

    Now I am a stressed out, fatigued, IBS suffering middle aged person who needs to take breaks and lie down after every single chore. I now, also, drink coffee all day till evening.

    Life has become a drag and I’ve been dragging myself through it.

    I read the reviews here, and I decided to spend this recent paycheck on some serious health supplements to address my fatigue and stress, as well as my IBS.

    I took my first dose of this last night in the middle of a massive stress storm of getting my mother’s apartment ready for inspections.

    So at the time I took it, I was VERY stressed out, shoulders felt like I was carrying 50 pounds on them.

    Within 30 minutes I suddenly felt the weight lifted and my attitude became sunny and relaxed. I forgot that I had taken this. I remember wondering why I had such a dramatic attitude change.

    I also had to walk pretty far last night to a store.

    Anyway... the walk was MARVELOUS. I felt YOUNG AGAIN. My joints ached and I had weird pains in my bones that come with age, but this time I didn’t mind the random weird pains. I had a fantastic mental clarity and inner wellness. Optimism. Joy.

    It was very dramatic to the point where, when I realized this effect had to do with my taking this supplement an hour before, I wondered if there were actual drugs in it, lol.

    This put a relaxed, yet energetic, big bounce in my step.

    I’ve taken some of these herbs before in the past. Only the herb that begins with R is one I’ve never taken before.

    Anyway. I am convinced that my dramatic change in attitude yesterday was due to this pill.

    It’s a fantastic welcome change and I have hope again.

    I will continue taking this and update if this effect wanes.

    A few weeks ago was in the emergency on Friday evening--I was diagnosed with extreme fatigue. I have two children under three and my youngest didnt sleep through the night until she was 14 months old. We were also moving and I was doing most of the packing and moving it into a pod by myself! I could barely get out of bed, and was so dizzy that I felt tipsy all the time (hence the need for the emergency room visit1q). THIS SUPPLEMENT WORKS! I started taking it on Wednesday and by the next week I felt 90% better. I was able to get out of bed and feel like myself within 48 hours. The dizziness stopped within 72 hours, and I had enough energy to walk 3-4 miles a day to the park within 10 days--I am serious, this stuff works. I take one during the day typically the morning, and then I take one in the evening before I go to bed with some melatonin 3mg). I had to retrain myself to sleep since my baby got me up 4-5 times a night for over a year, and this stuff lets me sleep without waking from 9pm-6am. I am so happy I bought this! I can't believe how well it works. Note: I am not a doctor, nor do I pretend to be. I am just saying what worked for me.
