    Ingredients:
    • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (or breasts if preferred)
    • 2 tbsp adobo seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1 tsp sazón (optional, for added color and flavor)
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Juice of 1 lime or 2 tbsp vinegar
    • ½ onion, sliced (optional)
    • ¼ cup water (for cooking)

    Instructions:
    1. Marinate the Chicken:
