Works exactly as needed, and is great for those who either have too many tops or just want to better utilize the bottom half of their closet more efficiently.
My currently closet just has the one rail, and though it's great for things that are full length such as coats, dresses, and long skirts, a lot of my items end up just being shirts, jackets, and folded pants, so 90% of my closet space is the top half with the bottom being empty, which is only great for things like shoes unless I have a shelf built.
This hanging rod allows me to hang even more shirts and bottoms without squishing everything onto the top rail - I like how I can adjust the width and height of what I need, so that not only does it not interfere with the tops I already have but also so my items don't brush onto the floor. By adjusting the width I can still use my closet for the long items and make way for shoes, but use the other half of my closet space more efficiently.
I find the item quite easy to use and super sturdy - you don't need any tools or anything to put together. Works for a variety of closets of different sizes. The only thing is that the metal doesn't match my current setup so would like it to come in a different colour but functionality wise it is fantastic.
