How to Use Tire Balancer Machine?

  1. After assembling the wheel balancer, view the circular bubble level at the top of the head. Take care to make certain that the bubble rests squarely in the centre of the black circle.
  2. The bubble on the wheel balancer is mounted at the top of the head assembly cone with 3 adjusting screws. Turn one of the screws downward and the bubble moves away from that screw.
  3. Remove the tire and wheel from the vehicle. Clean off any debris from the inside / underside of the rim.
  4. Place the tire / wheel assembly on the balancer. Listen for uniform seating when tire / wheel assembly engages cone.Let the tire / wheel settle to a complete stop.

Attention

  • Ensure that you have no.10 weight oil (or an equivalent) readily available near the pivot pin located at the upper end of the support shaft.
  • Regularly inspect and clean the 4 guide posts on the head assembly to remove any dirt or debris. Apply a light lubricant to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Prevent the accumulation of dirt and foreign materials on the bottom flange of the head assembly.
