It typically starts in late August and continues through September, varying slightly depending on the grape variety and local climate conditions. As the scorching Mediterranean sun begins to wane, the vines, which have been soaking up its energy all summer, prepare to yield their luscious fruit.

Our organic agriculture is a holistic, chemical-free farming system. We do not use pesticides or industrial farming methods which can negatively affect the quality of the olive fruit and nutrition. We harvest the olives by hand, gently knocking the “drupes” loose from their branches to avoid bruising the tender fruit. We cold press the harvested olives within hours in our family-owned mill to ensure optimal nutrition & freshness. We produce olives nurtured by healthy, living soil. So that you can spend more time enjoying good food. And less time worrying about pesticides &other toxins.
