Agitation, nausea, headache and vomiting have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal cramps and diarrhea) have been reported. Feelings of sleeplessness or overstimulation may occur, discontinue use if feelings persist or worsen. Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing seizure disorders.

Each capsule contains: Acetyl-L-Carnitine (From N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride) 500 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica.

Directions

Adult Dosage: Take one capsule 3 times daily with meals.
