I've always been an Acer customer, not because of being a loyal fan of Acer, but because i've tried and tested their products and they've been reliable for the past 20+ years of using them. They're not into the most high-end specs as other brands have, in fact they come in simple yet GOOD designs not too tacky unlike other brands.
Although this is my first Ultrawide monitor from Acer, so far it's been performing good. Eventhough there was an issue on the first item delivered, as it had a Dead pixel, but they sent in a replacement after reporting the issue, and arrived the next day. The replacement monitor so far runs pretty good, like I said their products aren't always to the Extremes like other brand names, but the product does what it does reliably.
Colors to me are vibrant, compared to the Xiaomi I recently purchased which I will be returning. This monitor is fast and no ghosting or smearing while playing games. No flickers whatsoever, and no dead pixel on this one. Again this is my first VA panel and I heard common issues of VA panels, but so far so good.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in purchasing a good descent gaming and all-around monitor. If you're an Enthusiast gamer though, I suggest getting a IPS panel or OLED. This monitor is for Average all-around users who enjoy a good HD monitor with some Graphic design/Programming, Research etc. and occasional gaming done to it. It's a good all-around monitor, and a lot of realestate as well in terms of windows management.
