This is a dirt-cheap laptop with good performance, and it is advertised as refurbished. Mine works great. It is fast and does the job.
If there was a problem I would return it - it IS refurbished. If your complaint is Windows 11 then I'm not sure why you would be complaining. Everything windows comes with Win11. You can downgrade if you like Win10 more, but you won't find a laptop that ships with Win10 anymore.
As an aside, I installed Linux Mint 22 and everything works natively.
