TB Violet is a high school English teacher who has taken some time to pursue her passion for writing. Introduced to the world of books at age 13, she discovered a lifelong love for literature.     I’ll be giving a few spoilers so just a warning. I usually can’t stand the cheating husband but wife takes him back story just because the man never grovels enough. Not this book though the author really did a fantastic job showing his redemption arc and how he put the work in to change. In the beginning I absolutely hated him and cursed him out in my head and out loud. He was such a piece of work and genuinely made me hate him, but the way he changed and put the work in was just so realistic and how change isn’t immediate was just so well written without getting frustrated. Please please read this book you will not be disappointed I promise.

    Second chance romance with a lot of groveling, some revenge from the cheated on wife and a lot of trauma.
    It’s a good second chance story with a lot of healing and redemption.
    There was some on page cheating and loss of à child + child illness so check the TW!

    I love me a good cheating book as long as the main mmc does a serious grovel and although I hated the mmc for a good portion of the book he did grovel enough for me and also changed with serious therapy. This author although very new has done justice to her debut novel and I will now be looking out for more from her. I loved how the story was written and also how it flowed. Congrats.
