Ingredients – 10 minutes soaked oats (1 cup), moong dal (1 cup), oil (1 tsp), cumin seeds (1/2 tsp), bay leaf (1), dried chillies (3), turmeric powder (1/2 tsp), cumin powder (1.5 tsp), ginger paste (1 tsp), salt according to taste and Ensure Diabetes Care (3 scoops).
Steps: Add oil and roast all the spices till in a pressure cooker. Add the dal and then the oats and pressure cook all the ingredients (except the Ensure Diabetes Care) with sufficient water. Switch off the gas and add the Ensure Diabetes Care at the end.
Ingredients - Boneless chicken pieces (250 g), buttermilk (500 ml), finely chopped celery (1 cup), chopped garlic (2 tsp), chopped onion (4 tbsp), finely chopped lemongrass stem (2 tbsp), an avocado, soy sauce (1 tbsp), Salt and pepper according to taste and ensure diabetes care (4 scoops).
Steps: Combine all the ingredients, except Ensure Diabetes Care. Pressure-cook until two whistles. Switch off the gas. Open the cooker lid and remove the chicken in a bowl. Blend the remaining soup in a blender. Filter the soup through a large sieve. Add the Ensure Diabetes Care and adjust the seasoning. Add the chicken pieces back to the soup. Enjoy the healthy and delicious soup!
Ingredients – Hung curd (1 cup), finely chopped ripe banana (1/2 cup), finely chopped pineapple (1/2 cup), tiny pieces of the soft white part of a tender coconut (1 cup), Ensure Diabetes Care (3 scoops).
Steps: Mix the ingredients gently and evenly using a spoon. Fill this mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze for three hours, or until set and enjoy!
