Ordered for a trip and it's very useful IF you only take one pill a day at the same time. It has 7 compartments that fit many many pills. If you recognize your meds/vitamins, this is ideal however, if you take different meds throught the day, different times, this pill holder will not work. It comes with instructions and labels. The labels are not printed, it gives you the opportunity to write whatever you need for personal purposes. The lid screws on and the top rotates. Bit difficult to pop open at the beginning.

    I travel a lot and usually have an issue when it comes to packing supplements; do I put all in one bottle and then sort them out once I land? Do I pack all the bottles and lose half my luggage space?

    I have small pill organizers, but they can only carry so much and they force me to leave some supps behind, basically they are useless for any trip past 2 weeks.

    This is about the same diameter as a large supplement bottle, but is much shorter, so it doesn't take much space.

    There are 7 compartments allowing you to travel with all the supplements you need for extended periods, they also included little stick on labels so you know what you're taking.

    Only issue I had was loading the bottle as it's easy to have pills fall into the wrong compartment, but it's easily fixed by using your hand as a mask, just make a "peace sign" with your fingers and block the compartments on either side and you're good to go!

    This is a great product and it solved a travel issue I've had for months - would absolutely recommend to anyone who travels a lot for long periods.
