<5% Cationic surfactants / agents de surface cationiques (Dipalmitoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate), <5% non-ionic surfactants / agents de surface non ioniques (Myristyl Glucoside, Caprylyl Glucoside). Contains also / Contient aussi : Aqua / Water / Eau, Glycerin, Isopropanol, Calcium Chloride, Camellia Sinensis (Tea) Leaf Extract, Sodium Hydroxide.

Directions

USAGE: See table for dosage instructions. Add to the dispenser or final rinse once the machine is full of water. Do not pour directly on fabric to avoid stains. Always check labels for special instructions. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. For the box: To release the spigot, push in the cardboard tab (applying pressure on the inside edges of the dotted area). Pull the spigot out of the opening and push the tab back in to hold it in place. Carefully remove the safety seal from the valve by pulling on the small stem. Lift the two small side handles upward while pressing the upper part of the spigot with your thumb. Make sure that any receptacles you want to fill are clean and dry.

    I like the fabric softener very much but did not like the packaging on the refill box. I found it to be messy from day one. The spigot would not sit straight even though I fiddled with the bag inside the box. The second reason is that there was too much waste at the end trying to get everything out using the spigot. I ended up cutting a corner of the bag and 'milking' the remainder. Messy and wasteful. I will be buying the bottled refill in the future because the softener is effective and not much is needed per load of lalundry.

    Don't love the box or the leaking pump release. The product is great and is better than Downey free in my opinion. But the bottom of the box doent let you get the rest of the product out. For 18$ and the cheap materials that don't save on plastic since you used plastic for the bag and pump, then put it in a box, is not worth this style packaging and ypu don't save any money except 2 $ Than if you buy 2 bottles of liter size.
