I love this humidifier so much. I used to have a hot steam humidifier (Life brand from shoppers), after a few months it required constant cleanings, was soooo hard to clean and could never get it as clean as I wanted. THIS humidifier is so much nicer. Super easy to take apart, super easy to clean, gets just as clean as the first day I got it (and I��ve used it every day for six months), the cold mist works just as well as the hot for me and my apartment is extremely dry in the winter. Love the nightlight too, such a cute addition.

The media could not be loaded.

I really am sad. Because I liked this so much I bought my daughter another one. But today it stops working. I fill it exactly as directions say with distilled water and up to the line and not in any of the holes or vents. I place everything on and turn on. It doesn't mist. I bang it a few times and most comes out for a few seconds or minute and then stops.

I don't know what is wrong with it I went through the whole trouble shoot page. I was hoping I was just doing something wrong.

I absolutely love the smell of the lavender EO pad that comes with it. I wish I could buy more of those as well. It's a lovely lavender compared to others I have.

I just wish it would work. Everything else about it is amazing. Easy to clean and easy to refill and the perfect size and quiet and the light is awesome. It just keeps turning off. I will get it to work and go to bed and then wake up and it's not misting but the light is on and the tank is still full. I hope the second one I ordered yesterday isn't defective as well.
