This is a well made pet camera.

Made by Arenti, this is a well designed 360 degree view, pet treat camera for dogs and cats...and I am very impressed by the design and how well this treat camera works! The unit connects by WiFi to my phone and the included app that you downloaded works great. It is very easy to connect my phone to the treat camera with the app, and the controls are very easy to use.

The treat camera has a 2K quality video camera built in, and the picture quality is fabulous. I recently used this on a family trip out of town overnight and I was able to monitor the cats, and feed them treats with this device. The app has built in music song chimes as well, and when I press them on my phone the unit produces the sounds in the house, which usually gets the cats up and running to investigate the device. I can then press the treat dispenser button and the unit releases a small amount of cat food treats for the cats to eat. I can release as much food as I like as well, if they want more.

The unit's camera is full colour and includes Night Vision as well, two-way audio and motion detection. Yes, this unit is well built and well designed, and it is great to be able to watch and monitor your pets when you are away overnight, or when you are away at work in the day. The pet food-treats fits easily inside the unit as well.

Highly recommend, and 5 stars.

First look: The Arenti Pet Treat Camera came in a box (15.8 cm x 15.8 cm x 27 cm) with the Quick start guide, 78" (98 cm) USB-C to USB-A braided power cable, wall adapter with UL safety certification for use in Canada, cleaning brush, and 5 pages of random stickers.

App: The camera uses the Arenti app (4.7 stars, 8K reviews & 500K+ downloads on Android). The camera connected fine with my 5G Wi-Fi.

The manual says the recommended food diameter is between 0.7-1.5 cm. It is not recommended to use food with a lot of powder or anything sticky as it may get stuck. The feeder will release one serving of food at a time which could be between 1-10 pieces, depending on the size of the food. It usually tosses a distance between 0.5 - 1.5 m from the device.

Testing & Opinion: While watching live, you can take pictures or record video, and press the button to release the food. I started with round bird treats that were closer to 2.5 cm which were too big and got stuck, so I switched to a smaller bird food (about 1.2 cm) and sunflower seeds, which shot out in a curve upwards and landed about a meter away from the camera.

There is an MicroSD (TF) card slot in the top at the front under a rubber grommet. The TF card is not included.

With motion tracking turned on, it will follow your pet from side to side. The app has the option of feeding time schedules, and the throwing beep can be turned off. There are 3 tunes you can play, or you can record your own voice message to play to your pet while viewing.

I am pleased with this camera, as it can be used to view events (motion & sound detection) from the SD card or the Cloud, or can be used live to interact with your pet or send treats. It is convenient to check on your pets via Wi-Fi, whether from another room or when you are out, and it is useful to be to playback a recording if something happens while you are away.

This pet treat dispenser and camera arrived packaged nicely in a giftable box.

This is not only a camera but also an automatic treat dispenser for your dog or cat.

The camera comes with a power adapter and cord, the main camera/treat unit, a cleaning brush, some cute stickers, and a user manual.

Setting this up is very easy. The first thing you need to do is to connect the camera treat dispenser to the app on your phone. The instructions on how to do this and the link for the app are in the user manual. It connects very easily. The camera can connect to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Once connected you can fill the pet treat dispenser with your favorite, or I mean your pet's favourite dry treat. You can use any dry food that is 7 to 15 mm in size. They do suggest you avoid treats with lots of powder or dust since that can clog things up.

Once loaded you can monitor your pet with the camera. The camera can be remotely rotated 355 degrees and will track and notify you when your pet is heard or seen. It delivers crystal clear 2K video.

The treats can be dispensed manually with a button on the treat dispenser or you can use the app remotely to dispense and shoot out the treats to your pet. This works very well.

You can communicate with your pet with the speaker or play different sounds to attract your pet to the dispenser.

There is night vision technology built in so you can even see your pet at night.
