ONE MIN START CUTTING: Equipped with a pre-installed air regulator & filter for quick installation in 1 minute. It includes a high-quality filter pressure regulator that allows for rapid adjustment of air pressure, while filtering out water, oil, and impurities from the gas to ensure clean air and stable pressure.
APP CONTROL: Enables easy interaction with the plasma cutter machine via APP. Allows parameter adjustments, real-time monitoring, and status detection from up to 50 meters away. Users can choose cutting processes, save settings, and access FAQs, making it ideal for beginners and for ongoing maintenance.
2T/4T & INTELLIGENT POST-BLOW: 2T mode is suitable for flexible cutting, while 4T mode helps alleviate fatigue from prolonged operation. Cutting current 20-34A, post-blow time 5s; Cutting current 35-45A, post-blow time 8s; Cutting current 46-55A, post-blow time 10s. No manual adjustment of post-blow time is required, making it more convenient.
PILOT ARC FUNCTION: The CUT55 Pro plasma cutter features a high frequency non-touch arc starting mode. Arc initiation without contact allows for cutting steel surfaces with dirt, rust, or coatings without affecting cutting performance. This greatly facilitates user operation and, since it avoids contact with the workpiece, helps to prevent torch damage and extend its lifespan.
SAFETY AND DURABILITY: Equipped with a smart fan and advanced cooling system that cuts noise by 50%, doubles cooling efficiency, and extends machine life by 50%. Waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant, it lowers failure risk by 70%. Features VRD function, fault alarms, and protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, and overheating. I'd remove half a star if I could for the stupid air fitting on the back - fortunately, you can swap it for a standard 1/4" air chuck nipple. Just be careful, it's in there pretty solid. I used a 20v impact drill with deep socket to get it off.

Only reason for giving four stars is because my first one arrived with a bad ground, and couldn’t sustain an arc. Returned it, and still awaiting my refund.
Second Quam is that the second unit I ordered is a completely different unit. The outer case is a completely different shape and design. So I am suspecting that the original order was not the right machine in the first place.
But for the function of the machine, it works absolutely flawlessly. Have not tried it on 110 yet, but I would suspect as usual it would be fairly limited. Tried it on 220 off of an inverter generator and cut through half-inch steel like butter.
Set up was very easy, and straightforward. However, I will say that the Bluetooth functionality is absolutely worthless. You’re standing right at the machine, turning it on anyways, having to dig through your phone to get into the settings just is an unnecessary step and it’s only purpose is to report the metrics back to Arccaptain.
